MythoFutuRiddim opens to the public with a special session from our Musical Director DJ Good Grief.

Artist / Entrepreneur, Rico Edwards, takes you in a more in depth conversational event behind the process of his latest body of work; "What's A World Without ENIGMA". This event will offer creatives, collectors and art admirers a behind the scenes look at the artistic process ; including how bodies of work are created from beginning to end. Guests will also have an opportunity to speak with Artist Rico Edwards one on one about his process and also cover aspects such as design, color, installations, sculpture work and so much more.

Bee Honey teams up with The Everlasting Vibez for a special set at Mythofuturiddim.

The Everlasting Vibez (TELV) is a collective composed of producers, instrumentalists and artists that since their emergence in 2020 they have captured the very essence of combining jazz, hip hop, R&B, and soul to create a sound that highlights the skills crafted over years.

The American Chairs game is a satirical response that reenacts the segregation tactics that were in place before and during the Greensboro sit-ins in the 1960s. It was created to extend our understanding of the historical event by way of an interactive experience. Players were given black and white wrist-bands and could only sit in seats assigned by their wristbands. The whites were allowed to sit on any chair while the blacks could only sit on the few chairs available to them. Similar to musical chairs, after each round a chair was removed. Brown paper bags were used throughout the design to represent the colorism tests that determined entry during the times of segregation in America. Players blindly chose wristbands from a brown paper bag to contribute to the fairness or unfairness of fate. Though the game did get a bit rowdy at times, when left to organic gameplay with no interruption, there was never a black wristband in the final rounds.
